ATember models C2026, B2026, G2026, P2026 and Y2026 are covered by EU Type-Examination Certificate CE-PC-260615-499-01-9A, assessed to EN ISO 12312-2:2015 by Notified Body 2834, with a supporting independent laboratory report. Review the documents on our Compliance page.

ANo. Ordinary sunglasses are not designed for direct solar viewing, regardless of how dark they look.

AOnly inside the confirmed path of totality and only while the Moon completely covers the Sun's bright face. Put them back on immediately when any bright point returns. During partial and annular eclipses, keep proper protection on throughout.

ANot for children under 3. Ages 3+ may use them only with close adult supervision. An adult should inspect the filter, help position it before the child faces the Sun and keep it secure.

AYes. Keep your prescription glasses on and place the solar viewer over them or hold it securely in front. A cord may be threaded through the holes in the temples to help keep the viewer in place.

ANo. Do not use the eclipse glasses on a phone or camera. For occasional, non-magnified smartphone photography, use only the separate Tember phone-camera filter supplied with the pack, secured over every active lens. Protect your eyes separately and look only at the screen. The phone filter is outside the EN ISO 12312-2 assessment for the direct-viewing glasses.

ANo. Magnifying optics require their own purpose-built solar filter securely fitted to the front. Never look through unfiltered optics while wearing eclipse glasses.

ADiscard scratched, punctured, torn or loose filters. Store the glasses flat, dry and protected from heat, pressure and sharp objects. Inspect them before every use and follow the supplied instructions and any obsolescence period printed on the product or packaging.

AOrders are prepared from our stock in Zaragoza, Spain. Available destinations and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout; delivery for larger orders is confirmed in the written quotation.

AWe prepare orders as quickly as the selected service and available stock allow. When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact details supplied with the order. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can change, so order early for a fixed-date event.

AReady-to-ship stock is supplied in the Tember designs shown on the product page. Custom branding is not promised from current stock. For a large future requirement, include the quantity and deadline in your enquiry and we will confirm whether a separate production run is feasible.
